Aiming to elucidate the functions of microorganisms and their utilization,
our research focuses on metabolism as a function. Please see our research projects!

2026, Feb 9 The research highlight of the published paper targeting genome mining in M&E was posted.
2025, Dec 26 At the YU-RCTMR Joint Research Exchange Meeting held on the Yamaguchi University campus, Kosaka performed a presentation titled “The Importance of Specific Amino Acids in the Thermophilic Metabolism of Escherichia coli and Their Regulation.”
2025, Dec 23 Dr. Ryuichi Hirota from Hiroshima University, along with graduate students Mr. Momokawa and Mr. Masaki, visited our laboratory for a collaborative research meeting.
