The main work of the department of pharmacy is checking prescriptions to confirm the absence of mistakes, dispensing based on prescriptions, mixing of anticancer drugs or parental nutrition fluids, pharmaceutical management and counseling for patients, and promotion of clinical trials. Every day, 38 staff members strive to achieve the appropriate use of drugs and to prevent medication errors.
