「植物の間接防衛の誘導機構解明と防除への応用」
概要
アブラムシがソラマメ株に匂いを誘導するエリシターの解明について,エンドウヒゲナガアブラムに対する寄生蜂であるエルビアブラバチの選好性実験を行った結果,種特異的な揮発性物質の誘導生産にエリシターが関与する可能性が示された。
このアブラムシのエリシターの化学的特性について検討した結果,エリシターは分子量3,000Da以上で,熱に安定であることが明らかになった.
また,フィトオキシリピン経路におけるジャスモン酸の前駆体であるリノレン酸のメチル化物をトウモロコシに処理すると,ジャスモン酸を処理したときと同様にアワヨトウの天敵寄生蜂を誘引するが,処理によって放出される匂い物質は,両処理間で異なるものであった.
