  • 令和5年-令和8年 科研基盤A (代表 水上洋一) 3720万円 心臓老化のゲノムDNAを解明する 心臓の老化を制御する遺伝子修飾及び遺伝子変異の関係をロングリードシークエンスで解明し、心臓の老化が進む原因因子を明らかにしている。

 

  • 令和4年 やまぐち振興財団 地鶏の筋繊維及び受精卵の解析並びに解析に伴うデータ通信の計測 (代表 水上洋一) 316万円 山口県産地鶏のイミダゾールペプチドを増加する遺伝子変異を解明し、機能性食品の開発に成功した。

 

 

  • 令和4年 やまぐち振興財団 病魚介類の解析及び河川調査におけるメタバーコーティング解析 (代表 水上洋一) 94万円 山口県内の河川に存在する魚類遺伝子解析の結果から下流内に存在する魚類の変動を明らかにする技術を確立した。

 

  • 令和4年-6年 文科省 科研 挑戦的研究(萌芽)(課題番号 22K19711) ヒト全ゲノム解析を用いて染色体に挿入された老化ウイルスを解明する (代表 水上洋一)490万円 子宮内ゲノムDNAに存在するウィルス遺伝子を同定し、染色体の活性を制御するウィルス遺伝子の存在を明らかにした。

 

  • 令和3年-5年 科研基盤B (課題番号21H03358) 老化による心筋症変異ゲノム編集マウスの分泌小胞における全遺伝子解析 (代表 水上洋一)1440万円 心筋症の分泌小胞内の全miRNA解析に成功し、心筋症と全身状態との関連しを明らかにした。
