Outline of Center for Instrumental Analysis
The Center for Instrumental Analysis was established in April 1992, as a center responsible for the education and research in the fields of fundamental and applied sciences with the provision of highly sophisticated instruments for chemical analysis. The Center retains a number of instruments and supports their operation by researchers and students. The Center contributes to technical education through training, introduction of highly skilled techniques, and development of technology of instrumental analysis. Various kinds of instruments produce analytical data when requested by research staff and students of the University. The Center also encourages scientific and technical discussions among researchers from the University and with scientists from outside organizations. The Center issues the annual report including research articles and explanation of new instruments. The Center has three floors (total area is 1,154m2) and the following instruments are equipped.
