Research on autonomous-locomotion machinery

We conducted various researches on autonomous-locomotion machineries with visual feedback control by using a wheelchair and model car equipped with cameras.


A wheelchair equipped with camera system (upper) and obtained image data (lower). This system recognizes walls around the walkway only from analyzing the camera image.




A model car equipped with camera system (upper). The system is automatically recognizing a white line with image analysis (below).

Research on controlling motion and attitude of satellites

Simulation studies on controlling motion and attitude of satellites were conducted. High-speed satellite maneuvers and under-actuated satellite attitude controls were studied by using simple models like below.
