The mission of our laboratory is to provide quality cost-effective impatient and outpatient Services to the communities we serve. Services provided to the patients are varied, individualized and may include the following testing sections: Hematology and coagulation, Biochemistry, Serology, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Genetic testing, Clinical physiological testing such as EEG (electroencephalography), ECG (electrocardiography) and pulmonary function tests. The Laboratory is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Laboratory participates in proficiency testing from Japanese Association of Medical Technologists, Japan Medical Association, and the College of American Pathologists. Performance is also monitored by periodic patient and physician satisfaction surveys.
