The Center aims to gather and analyze information regarding the Yamaguchi University Hospital’s management strategy and produce plans to improve hospital’s management and submit those plans to the Management Strategy Meeting. The Center also considers specific problems asked at the Meeting. The Center started work on August 1, 2005. It deals with the following issues regarding the management of Yamaguchi University Hospital.
- 1. Adopting a management policy.
- 2. Gathering and analyzing information regarding medical treatment, hospital’s management and establishing a policy that utilizes the information.
- 3. Making a plan for the increasing of income and reductions of expenditures. Rationalization of management.
- 4. Others regarding the Yamaguchi University Hospital’s management.
